Notes for Melting Power Consumption (510 – 550 kWh/t)
A. The 11000kW power supply drives one 15t furnace.
B. Testing begins in the hot-furnace state after the second melt, with the furnace cover closed, operators adding charge timely and effectively, the molten charge in good condition, and clean high-quality copper used for melting testing.
C. A deviation of ±5% is permitted.
