Notes for Melting Power Consumption (510 – 550 kWh/t)
A. The 3500kW medium-frequency power supply operates with one 5T furnace to heat 5 tons of pig iron to 1500℃ in a molten state.
B. Testing begins in the hot-furnace state after the second melt, with the furnace cover closed, operators adding charge timely and effectively, the molten charge in good condition, and clean high-quality pig iron used for melting testing.
C. A deviation of ±5% is permitted.

A. The 3500kW power supply drives one 5T furnace.
B. In the hot-furnace state, 5 tons of cast iron charge is heated to 1500℃.
