3.Heating by Medium frequency induction heating furnace:
The medium-frequency power supply supplies power to the inductor of the induction heating furnace. The inductor generates strong eddy currents in the bars, thereby completing the heating process.
4.Temperature detection: A high-precision, high-sensitivity online infrared pyrometer is installed at the outlet of the inductor to measure the surface temperature of the bars.

6.Automatic discharging mechanism
The induction heating furnace is equipped with a temperature three-way sorting device at the discharge end, which sorts the bars into three categories based on temperature: low temperature, normal temperature, and overtemperature. This ensures that only bars with qualified temperature are fed into the forging press.
