The acceptance inspection of Iron steel induction melting furnace shall be carried out in accordance with national standards, industry standards, and the technical agreement signed between the company and the user. The final acceptance of the medium-frequency induction furnace shall take place at the customer's site.

Hot acceptance test of Iron steel induction melting furnace

The hot acceptance test of induction melting furnace is considered qualified when the furnace, after lining construction and baking, successfully produces five consecutive heats of molten steel under normal operation. At this stage, the various operating technical parameters of the equipment can be checked against the parameters specified in the technical agreement to verify compliance. The hot acceptance test is conducted at the customer's site. After all inspection and testing items are completed, a final acceptance report shall be prepared and shall become effective upon signature and confirmation by both the buyer and the seller.
