Steel Shell Furnace

The power supply enclosure of induction furnace is manufactured with special techniques, featuring an aesthetically pleasing and well-designed modular structure, high rigidity, good dust protection, and adequate ventilation and heat dissipation measures. The enclosure color is computer gray. A unique double-door structure separates the low-voltage control section from the high-voltage (high-power) section, preventing high-voltage interference and further enhancing the overall system reliability. The power supply is equipped with comprehensive protection functions.

All internal connecting copper busbars of power supply of Steel shell furnace are tin-plated to ensure reliable connections and prevent oxidation caused by moisture. All corner busbars are connected with smooth rounded arcs, replacing the conventional process of joining multiple copper bars with bolts. This unique busbar fabrication technique reduces the number of connection points, making the equipment more reliable in operation and more visually appealing.

Thyristors are the core components of Steel shell furnace power supply and are also among the more expensive devices. Party B shall select manufacturers with strong technical capabilities, strict manufacturing processes, and comprehensive testing facilities. The thyristors are required to undergo a junction temperature test at 115°C, with test results provided. During component assembly, pairing and installation shall be performed according to the test parameters.

The silicon steel sheets used in the smoothing reactor are cold-rolled, high-permeability products, and the copper tube is T2 extruded copper tube, wrapped with high-strength mica tape and rated for Class H insulation. To reduce the operating noise of the filter reactor of the medium-frequency induction furnace, special fastening techniques are applied to the silicon steel sheets.
