20 T Induction Furnace

One oil-immersed self-cooling rectifier transformer dedicated for 20 t induction furnace, primary voltage 10KV/50HZ. Configuration includes: gas protection (light and heavy gas), temperature protection (temperature warning and temperature trip), oil level indicator, and air dehumidifier.

Power supply of 20 t induction furnace adopts power supply configuration with 12-pulse or higher rectification. All components are installed within enclosed cabinets, with rational and standardized arrangement for easy inspection and maintenance. Cooling water hoses are imported carbon-free rubber hoses. The power input terminal is equipped with an intelligent circuit breaker. Both the power supply cabinet and the on-site operating console are provided with identical and complete instrumentation and operating interfaces. The electrical cabinet door of power supply of 20 t induction furnace is interlocked with the power-off circuit; when the cabinet door is opened, the main power supply is cut off. The cabinet doors are fitted with sealing strips around the perimeter and each door is equipped with a concealed lock. The cabinet features a dustproof structure, with oil-resistant door seals, and the protection rating is IP55.

Steel structure with riveted and welded components, featuring high strength, scientific and rational design, and advanced workmanship. Includes coils, magnetic yokes, hydraulic cylinders, fixing frames, water distributor equipped with pressure sensors and temperature sensors, and anti-fall protection device installed on the furnace body. Coil: The induction coil is wound from high-conductivity TU1 oxygen-free copper tube with a purity of 99.97%. Adjacent turns of the induction coil are insulated with G11 insulating tape. After multiple spray coatings and impregnations with insulating varnish, the coil becomes a complete structure. The formed induction coil undergoes high-voltage testing, with insulation class reaching Class H and inter-turn withstand voltage >7000V. Before assembly, the induction coil must pass a 36-hour hydraulic pressure test at 8kg/cm² and a 7000V high-voltage test.

Magnetic Yokes of 20 t induction furnace: The yoke coverage shall be no less than 60%. Arc-shaped contact and precise coupling between the coil and yokes shall be ensured. Multiple sets of yoke fastening devices are robust and reliable, convenient for assembly, disassembly, adjustment, and maintenance. The gaskets between the yokes and the coil are made of multiple layers of high-quality insulating materials, including mica plates and ceramic fiber plates. Anti-fall Protection Device: The furnace body is equipped with an anti-fall protection device operated by gas springs, requiring no external power source. During furnace tilting, the anti-fall protective cover automatically rises to form a guardrail, preventing personnel from falling and ensuring the safety of operators on the furnace platform. The protection device is integrated with the furnace body, with a compact and refined structure, achieving robustness, aesthetics, safety, and reliability.
