Principle of closed circuit Water cooling tower
The Closed circuit water cooling tower adopts a method where cold air is simultaneously introduced from the top and bottom of the packing material, and the condensed exhaust air is discharged from the lower side of the condensation coil through a side-top fan. This airflow path is short and has low resistance, enabling the timely removal of condensed heat and humid air. Due to the change in the flow patterns of air and water, the heat exchange capacity is greatly improved, with the heat exchange capacity per unit area being approximately three times the national standard. After the temperature of the cooling water flowing over the surface of the condensation coil increases, it flows automatically to the packing material for full heat exchange with the fresh air from the side, and is then cooled again, greatly reducing the temperature of the water. The water is then pumped by the circulating water pump to the condensation coil for further heat exchange, maximizing its cooling effect.
