Workshop Operating Conditions of Aluminum shell induction furnace

(1) Power Supply Conditions of Aluminum shell induction furnace:
A. The purchaser's high-voltage power supply is 10kV/50Hz, with a voltage fluctuation of ±5%;
B. The purchaser shall provide the power supply connected to the vendor's low-voltage power input terminals: 380V ±10%.

(2) Water Supply Conditions of Aluminum shell induction furnace:
A. The water source for cooling equipment (softened water, tap water, or treated purified water) shall be provided by the purchaser.
B. Water supply requirements: For the closed-loop water chiller, the internal circulating water shall use softened water with a pH value ≤ 8 (hardness scale), and the external circulating water pressure shall be 0.2–0.3 MPa.
