Coreless Induction Metal Melting Furnace

Our company has designed and manufactured the Main Control Board for the coreless induction Metal Melting Furnace with the aim of improving power supply performance and reducing installation and commissioning workloads.

The power supply assembled with the control circuit board offers not only excellent performance but also eliminates the need for a synchronous transformer, a fuse failure indicator, a medium-frequency current signal transformer, and any intermediate relays, while requiring minimal wiring. Furthermore, as the three-phase AC input lines are not phase-sequence dependent and the medium-frequency output lines do not require phase differentiation, on-site commissioning at the user's facility is made unnecessary.

The control circuit of coreless induction Metal Melting Furnace has been applied across a power range of 25 kW to 3000 kW and a frequency range of 200 Hz to 10000 Hz. Structurally, this control circuit is designed as a single board. Functionally, it can be divided into four sections: rectifier trigger circuit, inverter circuit, regulator circuit, and operation and protection circuit.
